Chuck and Sharon Dunlop described the first attempt to start their remodel project as a disaster. After choosing a contractor and making a down payment, their builder passed away leaving the Clive couple in a lurch with a project that never got off the ground and money that was never returned. “It was a nightmare,” Sharon recalled.

After that experience the couple was understandably cautious. The risk of taking a chance on another builder seemed too great, even though they had been excited about designing and developing a new space in their home. “We love it!” Sharon enthused.
“It came out better than I could have ever hoped for,” Chuck stated. What had once been a sterile unused basement space became a comfortable home theatre full of thoughtful features and classic design elements.
